We charge an hourly fee of $60.00 with a 1.5 hour minimum

We do not charge for custom window consultations and measurements

We will meet with you in your home to discuss the look you would like to achieve.  We will go over our huge fan deck of color, suggesting the correct shades for your lighting, the most flattering colors for your home decor and woodwork, the best walls to accent and where to start and stop your paint colors so your house has a nice flow to it.  Once we find colors that you and your family feel good about we will give you larger samples and put you in touch with some of our favorite painters if needed.  Once we return to our office we will send you a "virtual paint job"  using the colors we just selected on our home visit.  We will also send you a list of all the paint colors and an overview of your painting plan to use as a guide. We also provide you with coupons to save on your paint supplies!

 

 

We will meet you in  your home to discuss the most flattering treatments for your window shape, size and function.  During the visit we will show you pictures to help you visualize various styles.  We also have an extensive line of fabrics to shop from at craft store prices.  We will help you to select the right material, color and pattern to make your windows really pop.  If you need additional help visualizing your custom project we can also design sketches, complete with colors and patterns at no additional charge. 

 

 

Not sure if you should hang a mirror or picture above the couch?  Once you make that decision, do you know what size to go with?  Should you order the tan or dark brown sofa?  Do you need a throw rug in front of your sofa?  Should you re-arrange your furniture for better flow?  Where should you hang all those family photos?  If you have questions like these we can help!  In as little as one hour we can have you feeling relaxed and confident about your decorating decisions.

We will walk with you from the inside out to make sure your home is showing it's best when listed to sell.  After our meeting we will email you with a detailed list to use as your personal guide for getting your home sold!   Home staging is such a benefit when done correctly.  Don't just trust your realtor with staging advice.  They are great at what they do but they are not home staging and color experts. A professional is what you need when you are looking to sell.  We will discuss color, give recommendations on low-cost-high look alternatives, give suggestions to showcase a view or special feature in the home, suggest the best placement of furniture and provide you with many more useful tips.
